Tuareg measurements are taken from the largest length and width and do not include fringe length. As with any handmade piece, they are not always perfectly square.
Due to their vintage nature there may be some signs of wear which adds to their charm. These include, but are not limited too, slight discoloration (such as light and dark spots), bumpiness, occasional broken fibers.
Tuareg mats will be shipped rolled. If they are bumpy upon arrival, you may need to weigh them down in order to flatten out any bumps. Rugs pads can be used with Tuareg mats to keep from sliding.
Although photographed outside, tuareg mats are made of natural fibers and are intended for indoor use only.
